Around the world, Shangri-La Group is committed to helping ensure the safety of guests and colleagues both on and off property. In May, Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar implemented the “Keeping Customers Safe – We Are In This Together” program in which colleagues visited the nearby Shangri-La Mall and Central Tower to inform visitors about proper health and safety. Over 100 colleagues participated in the activity by checking customers’ body temperatures when entering the premises, providing free immune-boosting supplements and hand sanitizer to all visitors, and educating Shangri-La Mall and Central Tower customers on health and wellbeing protocols.
“We were happy to promote proper health and safety to over 4,000 customers,” said Myagmarsuren Bayandelger, human resources officer at Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar.
