Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney will celebrate Global Wellness Day with a fresh juice bar in the Lobby Lounge, healthy mocktails at CHI, The Spa’s Zen Zone, and a healthy in-room snack created by Head Pastry Chef Anna Polyviou.
Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa, Yanuca Island will start Global Wellness Day with meditation yoga at the Lagoon Lawn. Young guests can celebrate the day with family programs including soccer, a fun coconut tunnel and a sack race. Guests and colleagues are encouraged to participate in a fun Zumba session and close the day with healthy refreshments.
Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru will celebrate Global Wellness Day with yoga, meditation, a Zumba class and healthy breakfast all on the Sky Deck. In the afternoon, guests will be treated to head and shoulder massages in the spa. Guests and colleagues can learn more about fitness and healthy lifestyles while chatting with a local fitness celebrity while enjoying restorative tea and healthy snacks.
On the morning of Global Wellness Day, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta invites guests to a low-impact Pilates class at Shangri-La Garden. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy healthy juices and complimentary juice-making workshops at the Horizon Club Lounge, Health Club Bar and SATOO restaurant.
Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo will partner with lululemon to host a morning yoga session on June 8. Guests can look forward to a mindful yoga session led by a lululemon ambassador followed by superfood smoothies.
Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa, Penang and Golden Sands Resort, Penang will team up on Global Wellness Day to host a range of healthy activities. The celebration will begin with morning stretching followed by a Zumba class led by influencer and fitness enthusiast Wong Wan Chin. Yogis can join in the celebration during an hour-long yoga session and workshop followed by detox juices and healthy snacks with a nutrition talk led by a representative from Penang Gleneagles Medical Center. Throughout the day, guests can visit CHI, The Spa for free shoulder massages.
Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort & Spa, Mauritius will welcome guests to yoga classes on its private island Ilot Mangenie. At the resort, guests can participate in fun Zumba and aerobics classes with fitness instructor Anouchka Zuel, a guided bicycle tour around the East coast of the island, kayak sessions in the mangrove, and healthy snacks and dishes in its dining outlets. To end the day, guests and colleagues can relax during meditation and breathing sessions with Decleor essential oils.
Colleagues at Makati Shangri-La, Manila will start Global Wellness Day with a flash mob at the hotel, followed by yoga and Zumba classes for guests and colleagues.
Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai will embrace its cultural heritage with a fun and informative Muay Thai Art Dance class followed by healthy juices and snacks. The hotel will also host a water aerobics class, a yoga class, and offer health club and spa promotions. Healthy options will be served throughout the day at Kad Kafe and the Horizon Club Lounge. Colleagues at the hotel can participate in an exercise class with the general manager in the beautiful Chi Garden and enjoy a healthy breakfast al fresco.
