In October 2016, Business Travel Awards 2017 shortlisted Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts for Best Corporate Social Responsibility Programme and Best Upscale Hotel Brand. On January 23, we were delighted to receive not one but both accolades.
“The judges felt Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts CSR program was truly world-class, involving every aspect of the business, and making it potentially a template for the rest of the industry,” read the judges’ comments as they announced Shangri-La the winner of Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program.
Furthermore, the judges decided that Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts offers “the highest quality of five-star accommodation with outstanding staff training.”
